Friday Night BBQ leader
Calling all grill masters! We’re looking for a club member with Food Safe qualifications to step up and lead the charge for the Round Salt Spring race BBQ feast on May 19th, for around 200 people. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and bring racers and club members together for a delicious meal. You’ll be responsible for finalizing the menu, shopping for ingredients, and overseeing the preparation and serving of the food. You’ll have lots of help from other club members on the night. This is a great way to get involved and make a real impact on our club’s events.
Local Sponsorship
We’re looking for a dedicated club member to lead a local sponsorship drive for the Round Salt Spring race. The goal is to gather contributions, in kind or cash, from island businesses and showcase the best of Salt Spring’s products. These items will be included in prize bags for competitors, so it’s a great opportunity for local businesses to get their brand in front of a large audience. As the sponsorship lead, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to local businesses, securing sponsorships, and coordinating the collection and distribution of the sponsored items. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community and promote the island’s local businesses. Let’s get out there and show off the best of Salt Spring!
