MEETING: General Meeting
September 22, 2020 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
A general meeting will be held on Tuesday the 22nd of September 2020 at 15:00 hours in the Club House parking lot, to update the membership on the club’s operation. The time and location are admittedly unusual, but 2020 has been an unusual year. The meeting’s agenda and officers’ reports will be circulated to all members by email in about two weeks, so that all members are informed whether or not they attend the meeting.
Attendance at the meeting will be limited to comply with COVID protocols. If you plan to attend, you must RSVP to secretary@saltspringsailing.ca and receive an acknowledgement that a spot is available. If both members of a couple wish to attend, please indicate that in your email to the secretary.
Attendees will be expected to bring their own lawn/folding chair to sit on, and to leave appropriate space between themselves and others. Umbrellas or rain gear might be wise depending on the weather forecast but we hope that the meeting date is early enough to make them unnecessary.
The club’s officers look forward to seeing (some of) you in person, bringing you up to date, and answering questions you have. Reserve your spot and mark your calendars.
