MEETING: General Meetings
February 25, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The club has a scheduled Special General Meeting followed by the regular General meeting on Tuesday February 25 at the clubhouse at 7 PM.
All members are encouraged to attend in particular as it is critical that we have a quorum and together approve – or reapprove- the borrowing that we agreed to last June to finance the new and required breakwater that will be installed in June.
This repeat approval process has been asked for by Island Savings with additional detail that their lawyers now require.
Please do attend and also hear about developments that your board has been undertaking on your behalf.
