EVENT: Fire Extinguisher Inspection

On APRIL 4, 2019 from 0900 to 1200 hours SSIFP (Salt Spring Island Fire Protection) will have an inspection station set up in the “No Parking” turnaround. SSIFP will recertify your extinguishers at that time for a fee of $8.00 plus 5%GST per unit. Replacement extinguishers will be available for purchase. Extinguishers labelled “2013 MFD” or earlier will not be recertified so check yours before presenting them as this will save you the inspection fee.
