- how to buy a tidal waters fishing license
- knowing the regulations and your legal limits
- where and when you can fish and how to find the hot spots
- what type of gear you need and description of special techniques
About the Speaker: Keith was a wildlife biologist (now retired) and has been saltwater fishing in coastal BC for 66 years.
