Annual General Meeting
November 22, 2022 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
We are having the AGM at the Harbour House Hotel on November 22, 2022 starting at 6:30 pm. Your board members will present their individual reports, we will ask for your acceptance of our projects budget, and the new Board for 2023 will be elected. It is very likely that the chair of LTP, Past Commodore Chris Cheeseman, will have the feedback from their recent survey ready for presentation to the members attending the AGM. If you miss attending this AGM, full information will be sent out via normal channels later on in 2022.
We will also be providing Zoom access to the AGM as we think that some members would rather avoid large social gatherings (the Zoom link was emailed to all members on Nov. 14.). The room selected will be the same as last year and individual seating is to be provided for up to fifty [50] members.
Members are required to wear masks at this meeting, so your cooperation in this matter will be much appreciated.
