The International One Metre Fleet have been holding informal racing on Wednesdays this fall and winter. Pictured are Paul Faget, Douglas Woolcock and Lawrence Stuart at the end of a November day, having used up the wind. The racing is close and fun and this day everyone shared in the prizes which tend to be cake or cookies. When Ole Andersen returns from the South we hope to be adding Plum Brandy to that list. Spectators are welcome and there is often a spare boat for you to try your hand at “sailing with a God like view and no need to duck during the gybes”.
