Annual Safety Day

This year’s Safety Day will be a morning at the Club, on Saturday, July 15, where members can get their vessels and their fire extinguishers safety-checked.
The Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue (RCMSAR) Salt Spring unit will be available to conduct annual vessel safety checks at the club docks on July 15 from 9:30 until 12:30. Saltspring Fire Protection will also be on hand to check fire extinguishers.
Please email Tom McKeachie at safety@saltspringsailing.ca to book an appointment for the vessel check. At this point there is a limited number of appointments available.
