I am based on SS and a member of the club.
If you are prepared to join me in club races between now and Around SS then you could become regular crew.

Hi there, skippers. I’m looking to crew on a monohull this year. I’ve only done this race twice before (on Deryn Mor with Kevin, and loved it), and a number of Sunday races, but never at the helm and not for a number of years. So I’d like to be with a skipper and crew who are competitive but would give me room to learn more. I’m athletic, notice detail, and persevere. Please let me know,
Martin

Looking for a crew spot on a bigger-ish boat (35’+). I’m ASA105/106, 32+ races in Puget Sound/Salish Sea including Van Isle qualifiers (Patos, Southern Straits, Protection Island). I’ve done all positions (bow, mast, asym/sym spin trim, pit, squirrel, helm) but I’m usually main trim or grinder. I’m 6’1, 270 lbs, athletic and very strong. I’m an easy going team player willing to do anything to help the boat who takes instruction (or criticism!) well. Comfortable at the helm: have skippered boat delivery from Shilshole to Oak Habor. Have basic marine electrical, basic diesel, 2017 First Aid at Sea, 2017 Safety at Sea. Multiple heavy weather (35+ kts) night races, no seasickness issues.

Eric,

Are you still looking for a ride?
Selkie (an Express 37) has only a few experienced crew due to conflicts on timing. Skipper and crew have lots of experience. Looking for a few more to help as we are short handed.

Interested?
